SHIPPING POLICY

Our processing time takes about 3-4 days after your payment has been confirmed/ processed. ORDERS WILL NOT BE FULFILLED UNTIL THE WIG AUTHORIZATION FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED. We rarely include weekends and holidays in our processing window but it is possible for most services to be completed faster than what is listed. When your order gets packaged and shipped, it should take about 3-4 business days to arrive. All orders placed after 5pm (EST) will count towards the next business day.

It is recommended that you contact the shipping company as soon as the package gets to the intended destination to see if  they are able to hold the package so you can pick it up at the delivery center.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE IN ORDER TO BE RELEASED!

We are also not responsible for any DELAYS so please place your order before its intended use.

As for Lost or Stolen packages, we are NOT responsible. You will not receive a refund for any lost/ stolen packages. All packages come with a tracking number regards of the shipping company. Each shipping company constantly updates their system to inform you of the status of each package. If you do not plan on being home or available to sign for your package, you can request that the shipping company hold your package for you or authorize that someone else living in the residence sign for the package.
