REFUND POLICY
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once your order has been submitted, a refund or exchange will not be approved unless there is a mistake on our end. Refunds may take up to 4-10 days to reflect in your account. It is also important that the address you put in is correct before checking out. For security purposes, the SHIPPING and BILLING address must match. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped to the correct address. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once an order has been shipped we do not have any control over any delays or issues that may arise with USPS, DHL or Fedex. To resolve issues regarding packages, you will need to contact them, and with our assistance we can do our best to resolve any issues.
